hochitom.rocks is my private catalogue of Hard Rock Cafe pins. It has no ads, sells nothing and is not connected to Hard Rock Cafe in any way.

Privacy

I am responsible for the processing of personal data on this site. You can reach me at hochitom@me.com.

The site is hosted by Netlify. When you open a page, Netlify’s servers receive the usual request data, such as your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser’s user agent, and keep it in server logs for a short time to deliver the site and keep it secure. From these logs Netlify also shows me how often the site and its pages are requested. Netlify processes this data on my behalf; see Netlify’s privacy policy.

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why there is no cookie banner.

This data is processed on the basis of my legitimate interest in running the site securely and knowing whether anyone looks at it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).Netlify is a US company, so data may be transferred to the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser makes no requests to Google or any other font service. There are no contact forms, comments or accounts, so I collect nothing else about you.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
